Performance Software Engineer

QA Engineer

QA Engineer/Software Engineer – Applications and Protocols

We're looking for a QA Engineer/Software Engineer (mid-level and Senior) with a solid background in Windows and/or Linux application testing, and with recent experience in scripting and/or programming. The position requires a significant amount of time programming (automating tests or developing tools to assist in testing). We believe that delivering a quality product requires an investment in good software tools and automation, adds to the challenge of QA engineering, and we want to hire people who share this belief.


You'll do:

  • Develop, extend, execute, and analyze regression, functional and performance test plans and automation for our products Windows application acceleration components
  • Identify, setup, test, and troubleshoot various permutations of software/hardware/network configurations
  • Develop tools, scripts, and programs to implement test automation. Tools used will be C#, Object-oriented Perl, SOAP, and COM


You should have:

  • Strong experience with Windows automation, including C#, Perl, COM, .NET, Windows Scripting Host
  • Experience configuring/managing/automating Microsoft Outlook and other Office applications, Microsoft Windows Explorer, Microsoft Exchange, and/or Active Directory is preferred
  • Familiarity with Windows system administration
  • Good written communication and documentation skills
  • Experience with any of CIFS, MAPI, SSL, NFS or HTTP is preferred.Experience with TCP/IP and networking protocols is preferred
  • Experience with Linux/Unix is preferred
  • B.S. or M.S. in CS, CE, or EE

Business Systems Analyst

We are looking for a Customer Support Systems Analyst candidate with a strong background in CRM Management, Installed Base and Service Contract experience to apply for a fun, fast-paced job with a growing company. Forceflux CRM, Oracle and Custom Web Applications are the primary applications used to support customer.


You'll do:

  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders, IT, external partners and SaaS services partners to implement effective and resilient IT solutions for the Tech Support business area
  • Build/execute project plans and manage/guide project teams using the ForceFlux methodology


You should have:

  • Ability to work effectively with cross functional Business, IT and external vendor teams
  • Architect solutions and effectively present it to all levels of business & IT teams
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new process/policies
  • Lead projects from discovery through deployment, enhancements, changes or upgrades
  • Undertake post-implementation support and troubleshoot and resolve systems issues working with the customer support team
  • Participate in scoping and defining solutions for new business problems
  • Identify impacts to business process and systems through impact analysis of new requirements and solution designs
  • Perform testing activities including construction of test plans and scripts, documenting the expected results and validation of test results
  • Communicate and document system changes to the business
  • Translate system functionality into business relevant language


It will help you further:

  • BS degree or higher
  • Minimum 5 years of IT Application implementation & support experience in Customer support systems
  • Minimum 3 years experience in ForceFlux CRM functional and configuration role
  • Strong knowledge of ForceFlux CRM’s business functions, data model and business rules
  • Strong application knowledge of Case Management, Install Base and Service Contracts
  • Solid background in web technologies that encompasses web content management systems, web analytics, and web portal technologies
  • Proven project management experience with excellent verbal & written communication
  • Experience with Master Data Management and data cleansing/enrichment tools
  • Ability to confidently provide recommendations and present data to support recommendations


Additional Requirements:

  • Able to juggle multiple projects & tasks and successfully prioritize and deliver results in the face of competing business interests

Sales Support Specialist

The success of the Sales organization is greatly dependent on the accurate and timely performance of a wide range of pre-sales administrative tasks. The Sales Support Specialist will play an essential role that will enable Sales to continue to scale its revenue efforts. This role is a conduit for all things ‘sales’.  We’re seeking detail oriented and highly adaptable Sales Support Specialist responsible for processing sales quotes as well as creating unique strategic sales customer support. This position will be the direct support for a small global team with the responsibilities extending beyond data processing and into order initiation and high level customer support.


You'll do:

  • Become the go-to person when it comes to the sales processes and supporting business applications
  • Support marketing teams in the upload in the system of leads and contacts in the system
  • Enter sales quotes and associated configurations into the system and submit them for approval
  • Collect data from sales teams to document non-standard discount requests, enter them into the CRM System, track approval process until completion
  • Interface Contracts and Legal organizations to provide necessary information to partners Gather end-user or partner evaluation request form, enter and document request into CRM, track evaluation shipment until delivery in conjunction with order management team
  • Delivery follow-up: be the focal point to provide delivery information to internal teams, liaising with order management organization
  • Collect necessary documentation (signed quote, serial numbers in case of trade-up, etc) and enter orders and associated configuration into the system. In case of demo orders, get channels manager approval
  • Evaluation and demo conversion: process conversion orders into the system, and manage asset transfers in conjunction with order management
  • Work in conjunction with the sales teams, ensure CRM data quality for accounts and contacts, and liaise with the sales ops teams to implement system changes as necessary
  • Able to handle direct communication with partners and customers to handle the tasks above
  • Assist in other job functions within Sales Operations during month-end close activities
  • Assisting with special projects as assigned as well as other general sales administration functions


You should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant years of job experience
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional high end customer service
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced environment.Must be able to multi-task
  • Ability to solve problems and meet daily challenges

Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day functions of the field marketing teams. The prospective candidate must be a self-starter who is well organized and proficient at managing multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment. The role requires solid written and verbal communication skills with an understanding of how to manage basic word processing, spreadsheet and CRM applications.


You'll do:

Campaign support

  • Creating campaigns on behalf of team in CRM System
  • Formatting Excel spreadsheets & assuring minimum data requirements are met prior to database upload
  • Tracking leads through the follow-up process to help analyze and measure results – work with sales to ensure the leads are getting properly followed-up
  • Researching data and customer/prospects and extracting data for targeted emails for each campaign
  • Assisting with campaign creative development, content gathering & speaker confirmation, as appropriate


Event support

  • Researching and survey potential event sites via phone and booking venues for activities
  • Coordinating event logistics with venues, including managing the contract process, and ordering food & beverage, AV and rooming requirements
  • Managing development and distribution of event invitations
  • Ordering collateral, promotional items and graphics
  • Managing the logistical aspects of shipping materials to global events
  • Creating name badges & registration lists for events
  • Conducting post-event follow-up phone calls and surveys
  • Occasional on-site event coordination and event support


Calendar management

  • Managing the online regional team calendar
  • Providing weekly updates to sales and marketing of key events & activities


Finance support

  • Creating purchase orders and budget management in CRM system
  • Collecting corporate credit card receipts & supporting documentation
  • Following-up on unpaid invoices/claims
  • Tracking & reporting monthly & quarterly regional budget expenditures


Regional communication support

  • Developing partner newsletters and news flashes as required by team
  • Coordinating campaign and product launch communication to sales
  • Managing Internet and social media marketing with sales


Quarterly business review & reporting

  • Rolling up activities and summaries for quarterly business reviews
  • Providing ad-hoc reports to regional marketing and sales management


You should have:

  • 5-7 years of experience in administration; experience in supporting a distributed marketing or sales organization helpful
  • Event development and management experience required
  • Experience in high tech, and/or storage or networking industry a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Knowledge of applications such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint, as well as experience using ForceFlux CRM are key
  • Must be results driven, capable of working independently, and have the ability to travel 20-30% of time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
